1. Coverage Across Malaysia
We ship to two areas:
Peninsular Malaysia takes in all states.
East Malaysia takes in Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Processing Before Dispatch
Two things happen before your parcel moves:
We process orders within 1–3 business days; weekends and public holidays do not count toward that.
You get a confirmation email on dispatch, carrying the tracking information for the parcel.
3. Time in Transit
Delivery time follows the destination; we do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. The standard windows:
Read those as estimates: courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather all move them.
4. Shipping Charges
The short answer is free:
Shipping costs nothing; the standard shipping fee is waived, which is how we would rather deliver value.
Bulk and specialised promotional orders are the exception; a fee may be worked out at checkout from total weight and destination, where that applies.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking is automatic:
Once the courier takes the parcel, a tracking number and a direct link go out to you by email or SMS.
The link shows the parcel’s progress in real time.
